Types of Training Packages 

One-on-one personal training sessions

Partner training sessions - 2 individuals

Small group training sessions - 3 to 6 individuals

Corporate group office training

Your investment includes:

  • Ongoing nutritional consultation;
  • A custom designed strength, cardiovascular & flexibility training program;
  • Demonstration and guidance on proper form; motivation, education, and support to help you achieve your fitness goals;
  • Monthly fitness assessments to track your progress;
  • No transportation costs for my time and commute to your training location; and
  • No cost to you for the training equipment I bring to train you.

Please note that

  • Each session is one hour long.
  • Training sessions are available for in-home, in-office, or outdoors.
  • Sessions are non-refundable. 
  • Rates are subject to change without notice.
